Amazing home & a wonderful experience! HIGHLY recommend!!!
I could live here!!! Kathy's home is absolutely beautiful. It truly feels like a home, not a cold, bare rental. She spared no details, you literally only need to bring food & clothes. The property is fantastic too. There is a huge tree in the front yard with a tree swing and flowers growing along the wooden fence. There is a fire pit with chopped firewood, lawn chairs to sit around the fire, a gas grill with propane on the back porch & plenty of outdoor furniture. The kitchen is totally stocked with all pots, pans, dishes, utensils & spices you could need.
The house is close to a beautiful, scenic part of the Buffalo River with a canoe rental shop up the road. It's also super close to Horseshoe Canyon Ranch for horseback riding & rock climbing.
Communication with Kathy was great before, during & after the trip. She was very helpful & kind. I would stay here again & highly recommend it. Thanks Kathy for a wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Buffalo River Farmhouse! Upon arriving at the cabin we immediately felt at home. It is very easy to fall in love with this place. Everything is so nicely arranged and decorated. So many little details were already thought of, enabling guests to be extremely comfortable throughout the stay. We dined in most nights and thoroughly enjoyed cooking in the beautiful and well-furnished kitchen! The fire pit and porch were also several of our favorite hang-out spots. While in the area, we hiked to Triple Falls, The Goat Trail/Big Bluff, Alum Cove Trail, and Whitaker Point, all of which were beautiful and fascinating in their own unique way! We also floated the river from Steel Creek to Kyle's Landing. This cabin couldn't be located in a more convenient spot, and we looked forward to coming back to its comforts after each of our activities.

WOW - Beautiful!!!
I highly recommend staying here. When I saw the pictures on-line I thought this is a nice place. Upon arrival I was shocked. This place is beautiful and much nicer than the pictures. My husband and I stayed with two other couples and it was perfect. We had plenty of room to cook, play games and gather on the porch. The scenery is gorgeous from the front porch. This was my first float on the upper Buffalo river and the distance to Steel Creek and Kyle's landing was perfect for us. I'm definitely coming back to stay here soon.

Lovely farmhouse with nice amenities. Close to the river!
We loved our stay and will be back again! The house was clean, well stocked with everything you need. Bedrooms are large with space for kids to play and spread out. The property was beautiful and we saw lots of wildlife. We LOVED the tree swing in the front yard. Close to the buffalo river. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Perfect Weekend Getaway!
The farmhouse was perfectly located to access all of the adventures in the Ozarks. The property has been beautifully designed and every detailed has been carefully considered to make our stay easy and special. The property manager was so gracious to make sure we had everything we needed and communication was easy. We recommend this wonderful property for anyone wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

FUNtasticly Awesome!
The property was very nice. Quite welcoming after the drive to reach it. Warm, nicely decorated, comfortable. We bought/brought a lot of items we didn't need because everything was already there. Definitely would return given the opportunity! So close to Jasper & Low Cap with wonderful cafes. Close to river access at multiple spots,

Our stay was wonderful!
The house was spacious, well kept and perfect location. Our stay at buffalo river in jasper was great. We had no problem finding the house, good instructions. The house is very spacious. The bedrooms were huge and bathrooms had plenty of space The house had everything u need. We enjoyed sitting on the outside porch and take a stroll down the driveway Across the road was a pasture with cows. Great location to jasper and the buffalo river.

Fantastic place!
My first impression was WOW, this place is beautiful. Our family had a great time. Interior was beautifully decorated, warm and welcoming, outside was private and serene complete with deer feeding in the early morning. I could easily have lived there and can't say enough good things. Want to go back!!!!

Wonderful Cabin!
We really had a great time at the cabin. It is such a nice place to stay. It is just like staying at home. It was very peaceful and the scenery is very nice. It is real close to the place we rented canoes to go out on the Buffalo River and there are some really nice sites to see that are close. It is a very nice cabin and I could not think of much that would have made the stay any better. If you want a nice place to just take it easy and see the sites it is a good place to stay at.

Great Spot To Enjoy the Area
We had a great time, the cabin was just as advertised. It is tucked away, so we enjoyed the peace and daily animals. We saw deer, rabbits, squirrels, and many birds daily, in the yard! Centrally located for numerous hiking trails.

Beautiful Cabin with Great Amenities!
The Buffalo River Farmhouse is a secluded paradise with beautiful decor, fire pit, and great amenities. We didn't need to bring a thing other than snacks and food. Kathy communicated well, made us feel at home, and provided outdoor seating, towels, dishes, books, board games, and movies, and all the things that make a house a home. We even had wi-fi! The cabin is located close to the river and close to Jasper. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the porch, roasting marshmallows, playing games, and relaxing. We can't wait to book another weekend here! It was amazing!
